Looks just like in the picture. Manufacturer provides excellent customer service. The screws were missing in my box (since I got a previously returned item), and they sent me new screws straight away.

I don't know why this foot stool is marketed as a "toy," since it's not. It's a great, quality made foot stool perfect for nursing (or bottle feeding). It's solid wood, well made, and easy to assemble. I got the one in honey, and it's a beautiful color. I love that it has 3 different settings, too.
